Hmm, that's a bit harsh of a headline. Then again, maybe not.
There are going to be consequences for Republican obstruction against any efforts to tackle global warming. They may have suckered the stupids in this Idiocracy to laugh away climate change as a hoax, but reality cannot be wished away. They are condemning your grandchildren to a horrific future and time is dangerously short.
Speaking of Idiocracy, when I read through the comments to this Guardian UK story on Al Gore's new book, I'm immediately reminded of that movie. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
