This is why global warming is a threat to our survival. It is not about higher temperatures, receeding coastlines, disappearing glaciers or even ferocious storms. It is about the very basics of life - food and water. The water is disappearing faster than we can replenish it.
Your grandchildren will despise you as monsters if you allow this to happen. To hell with your convenience and your short-term profits.
