This was really something great for the party faithful. I only caught a little of Teddy Kennedy's speech on tv, and he looked in fine form. For many this will be a bittersweet moment, a closing of an era for Democratic politics. But Kennedy promises to be there on the floor of the US Senate, welcoming President Obama on January 20. We'll all be rooting for him.
