The Replacements - Alex Chilton

I'm sure everybody knows the sad news by now.  The death of Alex Chilton has sent shockwaves through the indie music world, and a generation of music lovers who were influenced by his work.  He was a living saint to the post-punk world.  Naturally, The 'Mats were being played on Twin Cities radio all day.

This reminds me, I really need to get this album on vinyl.  Rhino reissued Pleased to Meet Me and Tim and I still have to pick them up.
