Finally, the close of Metallica's triumphant Death Magnetic, the speedy five-minute assault of My Apocalypse. It really does summarize the album's themes of death, addiction, abuse, recovery, forgiveness, and survival. It also happens to be a killer speed metal classic. Don't call it a comeback, they've been doin' this for years. But Death Magnetic will be hailed the return of the sleeping giant. Metallica is Back! This is probably the best mid-life crisis captured in music. I hope you enjoyed listening. I can't wait to buy the vinyl LP!
